Objectives
Supporting the Executive Council in carrying out its responsibilities as stipulated by law.- Ensuring the achievement of the Emirate's strategic objectives.
- Enhancing policymaking and supporting decision-making in various government sectors.
- Ensuring the relevance and feasibility of programs and initiatives aimed at developing the business sectors.
- Coordinating the work of relevant government entities to achieve synergy.
Responsibilities
Monitoring the implementation of relevant policies, strategic initiatives, and projects, reviewing performance indicators, and proposing methods to deal with the challenges and obstacles.
Proposing policies, initiatives, and legislative amendments to develop relevant sectors and submitting them to the Executive Council for consideration and approval.
Studying policy memos and initiatives submitted by relevant government agencies and submitting recommendations to the Executive Council.
Cooperating and coordinating with the relevant authorities within the UAE to implement joint plans and policies.
Reviewing federal law drafts related to the Council's work and providing feedback in line with the Emirate's vision and plans.
